1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Butter a pan and add crepes. Move pan around to thin out crepes. Flip crepes when batter begins to bubble.
