Honey Oat Crepes

Crepes are a perfect summer treat. These honey oat crepes are delicious ¬†and healthy. The oat flour creates a unique taste that will keep your taste buds buzzing. Sneak in a little peanut butter or nutella with bananas and sprinkle with honey to make this an unforgettable “dessert.”

Making oat flour is easy. Take any old blender and just grind up normal oats. Oat flour is good for you with lots of fiber.

A lot of people think crepes are deluxe and hard to make. It’s not true. Crepes are one of the easiest foods to create. It’s usually just eggs, flour, and milk. Crepes go well with anything. There are dinner crepes and dessert crepes. I personally like like the dessert crepes better, but hey it’s all delicious. These honey oat crepes stick to the crepe feel but are different enough that you’ll make people talk about them and want to pass on the recipe.

1/2 cup oat flour

1/2 cup almond milk

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Butter a pan and add crepes. Move pan around to thin out crepes. Flip crepes when batter begins to bubble.
